Who are the Aquatic Park Neighbors (APN)?
We are a neighborhood association of over 250 residents, small-business people, and concerned citizens who work to preserve and promote this diverse neighborhood. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month. Please read on for more information.

What is the Aquatic Park Neighborhood?

The Aquatic Park Neighborhood is the historic residential and business area bordered as far east in some blocks by Mason St., Lombard St. in some blocks to the South, Van Ness Ave. to the West and the waterfront to the North. The map is here.

By joining the Aquatic Park Neighbors you will have opportunities to participate in neighborhood events, meet your neighbors, learn about volunteer opportunities, city initiatives, and contribute your voice to positive changes in the area. Membership is (still) free and committees are open to your particular interests. Join today. The SFMTA plan for America's Cup and Waterfront Transportation Plan is here. Key points:
 Visitors will be able to buy clipper cards online and from kiosks throughout the wharf area.
 Golden Gate buses will be picking up all along their routes once in the city and will take clipper
 Precidio buses will pick up people who aren't working in Precedio and take clipper
 Muni E line switches so you can ride from ATT Park to Taylor without changing cars.
 There will be satellite parking with shuttles at garages in Financial District that aren't used at night

Parking permits. In March, 2012 the SFMTA notified all Contractor Permit holders of a draft proposal to restrict permit use within 1,500 feet, or three blocks, from the primary or satellite business office address. For more information click here
