Changes to the planning code
Exceptions:
December 8, 2008: Our testimony helped the result in the sponsor of the legislation, Gerardo Sandoval,
amending it's scope so that it applies only to his District 11, the Excelsior. Unfortunately this legislation sets a bad
precedent by enabling developers to break the 40-foot height limit Fortunately it prevents this change to affect
the entire city at once.
