Ghirardelli Square
Status: Construction of 54 fractionally owned condos is underway. They are
currently for sale.
Other developments in the square include several restaurants, bars and
cafés that are opening on an ongoing basis. These stores are not 'chain
stores' and tend to be smaller, family owned businesses.
A full service gym will be available to residents of the hotel and neighbors
within a certain radius.
It should be noted that 85 parking spaces previously available for paid public
usage will be allocated to the condos for homeowners and guests. They own
this parking, but this should be factored into our concerns about parking for
other developments in the neighborhood.
